Half term has finally arrived!

Just a note to say how well the children have done during a challenging half term. I was extremely proud of how well they conducted themselves during SATs week, and how hard they worked leading up to it.

I hope they have a restful week, and look forward to starting production rehearsals shortly.

Week beginning 30.04.18

The children have been busy preparing for their SATs, which will begin on Monday 14th May. I am really proud of how hard they are working and the progress they are making. They have all been given revision guides and are being set work from their revision workbooks for homework. Please make sure this is completed each week as this helps support work we are doing in class.

It's not all doom and gloom though! On Tuesday afternoons the children have been taking part in PE lessons led by Clare from a company called Active Luton. She has been leading sessions based on athletic events including sprinting, hurdles and throwing. Their skills will be put to the test on Sports Day next half term!

We are also looking forward to watching the dress rehearsal of the year 3/4 play this week-I'm sure it will get the children in the mood for their up coming production!
